This Copyright Policy outlines the process for reporting content or information that you believe infringes your copyrights. By using the Site, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by this: (1) Copyright Policy (2) Terms of Use (3) our Posting Guidelines, at https://circushistory/terms-of-use/, and (4) our Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to any of these terms, our Privacy Policy, or the Posting Guidelines, please do not use the Site.

Any terms capitalized here and not defined have the same meaning as they do in our Terms of Use found here: Terms of Use.

We will remove Content if notified that Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove Content without prior notice and without liability.   If you are a copyright owner (or an agent thereof) and believe Content infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA“) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail): (i) Identification of the work claimed to have been infringed; (ii) The material claimed to be infringing that is to be removed or disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (iii) Contact information; (iv) A statement that: (1) you believe in good faith the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (2) the information you supply in the notice is accurate, and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner that is allegedly infringed. Send copyright infringement notifications to president@circushistory.org and webmaster@circushistory.org. For clarity, only DMCA notices should go to the Copyright Agent. You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this Section your DMCA notice may not be valid.
